The living"chill" room includes 2 easy chairs, tv, WiFi and an economic small kitchen. Of course we serve a welcome drink, if you wish, homemade liqueur. In the morning you can enjoy of a breakfast with fresh bread and again, yes yes, homemade apple juice and marmelade. We have plenty of room parking your car and if you use an electric bike you can reload your batteries. Appingedam is a 700 years old city with antic houses and also modern supermarkets. The hanging kitchens above the canal are even a world-attraction. It takes only 35 minutes by bus or train to come in Groningen, a typical student city. If you arrive by bus or train in Appingedam, I will pick you up. If you want to walk from the bus-station, 4 minutes, or train-station, 10 minutes it is of course okay with me.

Welkom in het historische stadje Appingedam. Hier hebben we een heerlijk huisje met buitenplaats van alle gemakken voorzien aangrenzend aan onze eigen villa. Het heeft een eigen voordeur waarachter je in een boetiek hotel achtige sfeer komt. Er is Wifi , tv, een keuken voor de snelle kok maar ook voor iets uitgebreider. Er is een heerlijk bed en een geriefelijke badkamer, alles omringd door een bostuin met vogels en hen gefluit. Het terras leent zich voor een ontbijtje in de ochtend zon.

Vrij gelegen huisje aan het water en in de natuur

Hier kun je sfeervol en comfortabel overnachten en recreëren. Helemaal privé en ver verwijderd van Covid / Corona vind je hier rust, natuur en vrij uitzicht over het Groningse landschap. Het stijlvolle en complete huisje ligt direct aan het vaar- en viswater De Groeve en in de molenbiotoop. Met een bootje kun je binnen een paar minuten naar het weidse Schildmeer of de historische stad Appingedam varen. Ook de stad Groningen en de Waddenzee zijn vlakbij. Prachtig wandel en fietsgebied.
