This cultural and culinary experience in Zaragoza is all about the influenced by its northern and eastern Mediterranean neighbors. The gastronomy of Zaragoza also has abundant orchards in the Ebro basin, so its excellent fruits and vegetables are present in many of its dishes. We will taste 4 wines from the 4 denominations of origin of Aragon marinated with 4 local tapas and we will discover its love of its people for its gastronomy, especially of its wines We will explore one of my favorite parts of Zaragoza, we will walk through its ancient streets to discover in them the heritage that Roman, Muslim, Jewish and Christian bequeathed us. In each place we will taste a wine of the four denominations of origin of Aragon, which are Cariñena, Campo de Borja, Calatayud and Somontano, accompanied by local products, from its best vegetables, to its best cheeses and Teruel hams. We will understand the importation of winemaking in the region.

En el apartamento te ofrecere un desayuno donde podras degustar una variedad de productos navarros. Veremos a los corredores cantar desde el balcon al Santo San fermin y tras esto, podras ver el encierro. Tras terminar, os informare sobre la historia de los Sanfermines y sobre nuestra cultura

We will meet at 7 am, in the old town. After a briefing, we will go to the balconies of an apartment located in the MERCADERES street and LA CURVA de la ESTAFETA (more details provided after booking) to enjoy and understand the Running from a Balcony. I will give you all the information you need, so that you will not miss any detail of what happens in the street. While we wait and while we enjoy the event, I will explain you the historical details and will provide you information and many other details to understand our traditions, our culture, etc. You will understand everything during and after the running event. On this casual 3 hours tour I'll take you to some of my favorite foodie spots in the old Town of Zaragoza, including a Central food market, specialty gourmet shops and three local tapas bars. On this 3-hour walking tour, I'll help you experience life as a Zaragoza local by leading you to some of my favorite foodie spots in the Old Town. First, we'll discover one of the most popular food markets in the center and meet local vendors to hear from them about the products in which they specialize. As we visit some of the sights around town, we will also pop into some gourmet shops selling artisanal meats, cheeses and olive oils. And when we have finally developed an appetite, we will visit my four favorite tapas bars to try Zaragoza-style tapas with local wines.

Os propongo un itinerario de pajareo por varios rincones de los Pirineos mediterráneos para poder abarcar la mayor cantidad de especies de aves posibles. Así, partiremos desde Zaragoza o Huesca (si no disponéis de vehículo, hablamos) y recorreremos la cuenca del río Gállego a la búsqueda de quebrantahuesos, alimoches, treparriscos -según la época del año- buitres leonados.. Seguiremos haciendo paradas en diferentes puntos para ver aves acuáticas ligadas a lagos, a ríos de montaña.. Y proseguiremos hasta alcanzar los bosques boreales, los prados subalpinos y los acantilados de los Pirineos, ya en la frontera con Francia. Es, en resumen, una slow route repleta de paseos cortos o puntos de observación donde no sólo veremos aves, sino el hábitat que las soporta y como este cambia con la altitud y con la altitud, la precipitación.

Os propongo una experiencia inolvidable. Podréis alimentar a los animales, recoger los huevos recien puestos, y en época de cría, amamantar a los corderos. Además, el paraje es precioso, pudiendo realizar una excursión desde el pueblo a la masía andando (4,5 km), en bicicleta o en coche. Durante esta experiencia vamos a conocer de una forma diferente Albarracín, conoceremos su gran historia, de qué se ha vivido hasta nuestros días. Vamos a ir recorriendo sus calles medievales, conociendo cada rincón y detalle. Conoceremos leyendas, diferentes miradores que nos harán descubrir un Albarracín que por uno solo sería imposible conocerlo.

Se trata de una visita completa a la Bodega Otazu, de una duración aproximada de 180 minutos que incluye un paseo por el histórico Señorío de Otazu, datado de la Edad Media, el cual está formado por una iglesia románica del siglo XII, una torre de defensa del siglo XIV y el palacio del siglo XVI. En sus jardines se puede apreciar una colección de esculturas de artistas de renombre internacional. A continuación se visita la Bodega antigua, convertida en museo histórico y espacio de arte contemporáneo con una amplia colección de arte. Luego recorrer las nuevas instalaciones de la bodega, donde destaca la sala de barricas subterránea, conocida como la Catedral del Vino, un referente arquitectónico internacional. La visita termina con la cata de tres vinos, cada uno maridado con un pintxo elaborado. Se trata de una visita cultural durante la cual podréis apreciar la unión muy estrecha entre vino, historia, arte y naturaleza.

Haremos una preciosa ruta de senderismo alrededor de Cuenca. La primera parada será en la pequeña y preciosa ermita de San Julián el Tranquilo. Desde aquí, podrás sacar unas fotos preciosas de la parte antigua de Cuenca y además unas fotos maravillosas de la naturaleza que nos rodea. Continuaremos la ruta por el bosque y volveremos a Cuenca. Muy recomendable para familias y parejas. Ruta fácil para disfrutar de Cuenca de una manera diferente

Vamos al Parque Nacional de Ordesa.. Sí, pero por un camino mucho menos conocido y mucho más espectacular. Vamos a visitar los acantilados que hay sobre este magnífico valle! Por qué? Por las espectaculares vistas; pero también para hacer "pajareo" de aves alpinas, para identificar y fotografiar flores, rastros de fauna, geología... Desde la cima de los acantilados podemos volver (para quien tenga hábito de andar) bajar un poco y explorar las paredes de los acantilados buscando treparriscos y chovas, bajar hasta el refugio de Goriz (exigente) volver por Añisclo (muy exigente; lo hablamos antes).. Recuerdo todavía la primera vez que subí y todavía no lo he olvidado, ni la euforia que nos invadió a todos al contemplar ese paisaje desde la cima del acantilado, encima de la Cascada de la Cola de Caballo y del Refugio de Góriz! La vuelta, por donde hemos venido, pero si te encuentras con fuerzas podemos coger un camino bordeando el Cañón de Añisclo! Y bajar a Nerín.
