If you are looking for an exhilarating horse riding adventure, or just a gentle hack in a hidden oasis amongst a rich array of wildlife, you're at the right place. Every day we run horse rides from our wildlife estate just outside of Arusha, and whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced rider there is an opportunity for everyone. Those with little experienced can enjoy a gentle hack along dust tracks within the quiet estate where zebra, wildebeest and antelope graze contentedly while monkeys scamper in the trees overhead. For the more experienced rider, we offer thrilling expeditions, faster paced riding where a guest can explore the meandering paths, spotting a rice array of wildlife along the way. Being on horseback is a truly unique way to see Tanzanias wildlife, flora and fauna, get closer to nature, all starting just 30 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Arusha. Other things to note We run horse rides four times a day and each ride is two hours long.

We will hike to Mfere Waterfalls which is located very close to the Mount Meru forest reserve. The hike will start from the village, passing through local residents, seeing the local people, farms and farm animals on our way up to the hills. After 1 hr to 1.5 hrs we will reach the entrance of the waterfall where we will do little introduction and clear everything needed before entering to the waterfall reserve, from here you will the stunning views of Mt. Meru, listening to the water therapy from the flowing river and waterfalls. We will go direct to the waterfalls where you will be free to explore everything there, you can swim the waterfall pool, lay on the natural garden near to the pool. In this part you can do anything you want which can not distract the nature. After 1.5 hrs we will start descending from the waterfall heading down back to Ambureni village and visit Furahia Cultural Tourism where we will have Lunch and Coffee. We will start with a short coffee tour where we will go through all local processes of making coffee together and make some coffee which we will taste. After making coffee we will sit and enjoy the prepared lunch made from different varieties of local available in our area. You will have a lot options to taste different food together with coffee. After going through all these you will be free to go back to where you came from.

Our Chemka Hot Spring Swimming tour will begin from picking you from your Hotel, Hostel, Lodge or family staying in Moshi or Arusha. Bomang’ombe is our starting point of the experience where our Main transport will be Tuk Tuk (Bajaji) which takes 20min to Hotspring. You will have a grateful day from beautiful nature around the highway with big smile from Locals. On arrival at this oasis of its kind you will spend a few hours soaking in the pleasantly warm waters, as well as swinging on the rope swing , relaxing in the sun-dappled shade of the trees, hearing different sounds of birds, Fish massage which will make to relax while your legs under water, Taking Photos and Video is another good experience you won’t forget in this amazing trip. You will test local favorites such as Chips-mayai (a French fry omelette made out of eggs and potato chips) and Nyama-choma which is a local barbecue. My name is Johnny I'm Tanzanian i was born here in Kilimanjaro at Materuni village. Am 23 years old, am chagga by tribal. Materuni village is the last village before Kilimanjaro National park. Once you will visit my village you will register at the village office after that youre tour will begin is 45 minutes from the office to the waterfalls. On the way to the waterfalls you will see bananas and coffee plantations and learn more about my culture and the life of the villagers not only that but also to see Moshi town view point and spectacular view of mount kilimanjaro. After waterfalls you will get back and have short break while you waiting for coffee lesson and you will learn how coffee is processed picking, driying, pounding, roasting, grinding up to drink in local way. Join us for an unforgettable coffee and local cuisine experience at the local farm in Ambureni village near Mountain Meru. Learn the history of coffee plantations in Tanzania, get in touch with local culture and farming traditions at our delicious gastronomy tour. On the farm, among magnificent serene jungle, you will personally handpick beans from the coffee plants, and our stuff will guide you through each step of coffee making. Then later you will have an opportunity to try a large selection of traditional Tanzanian dishes prepared on the bonfire by local mamas. Finally, finish off with a cup of delicious, fully prepared by you, African coffee.

At our workshop, you will get the opportunity to experience a day at Afrikan Wear Design. After your arrival, we will give you an introduction to our history and what we do. You will get to know the team and take a look at their work process. After that Mama Hokororo will sit down with you and teach you how to make Tanzanian jewelry which you can take home afterward. Following that you get the chance to experience real Tanzanian lunch. We are happy to organize your transport from your accommodation to our workshop, just let us know before that this is what you wish.

We will pick you up in Moshi town. Then we go together to the beautiful village Materuni by car or motorbike. From there we start our hiking tour to an amazing waterfall. On our way you will learn a lot about our culture and nature. When we arrive at the waterfall you have the chance to go in the water if you like. After spending some time at the waterfall we will start our way back to our camp (Mama Agnes House). Our local hot lunch awaits you there.

Learn some Swahili with the girls at Lifted Strong - a local non-profit organisation which supports young women to break the cycle of poverty through empowerment and advocacy for their wellbeing. The women running the class are native speakers and will teach you the basics of Swahili. You will have the opportunity to interact with the girls and ask questions while learning the language and culture.

Tour takes place at Arusha region Tengeru street where we'll visit lake Duluti Forest Reserve We'll talk about the history of lake that's it is unique from it formation and the name came from local people We'll canoe around the lake to discover different animals and birds that are found around the lake. We'll walk around the lake in the forest to see different kinds of forest birds small animals and reptiles found around the lake. After the tour in afternoon we'll have lunch in the restaurant found close to lake Duluti forest reserve

On this tour, you will start off by visiting the amazing Maasai village located about 1 and a half hour from the city centre of Arusha. You will get to learn about the origin of the Maasai, their ways of life and how they go about their day to day activities. You will interact and see how fire is made from sticks and how meat is being prepared traditionally. After the visit to this amazing cultural experience, you will then head to the Cultural Heritage centre and visit African Arts Gallery - the biggest Arts and Crafts Gallery in Africa. You will get to see the best painting and curio crafts handmade by African artists and also see the finest jewel only available in Tanzania - Tanzanite. We can even visit the famous market where goats and cows from Maasai community are auctioned; I highly recommend this authentic Maasai experience. The food markets will be sanitary and safe so you don't have to worry about any of that. If you would like to purchase something, you are welcome to do so. When its lunchtime, you will get to eat local foods and drink local beer or other non-alcoholics at local food stalls and famous local eating spots. Arusha is also known for its gorgeous landscape, and you will see this as we travel through the busy town to the quieter rural outskirts of Arusha. You will enjoy the fresh breeze and green panoramic landscape views with hills as you venture through the city and into the more peaceful outskirts of Arusha. Then join them on an outreach to distribute food, educate on health, provide reusable period packs, and interact with locals. This is an experience you won't find anywhere else.

Wir werden gemeinsam den Lake Duluti in Arusha bei einer gemeinsamen Bootsfahrt erkunden und etwas über die Tiere und Pflanzen erfahren.
