We will spend the day exploring the island of Vis and surrounding islets with a new 8m long speedboat for small group 10-12 persons with a lot's of stops for swimming and snorkeling. Our first stop is Blue lagoon on the island of Budikovac. Turquoise colour of the sea will leave you breathless. After swimming in this paradise lagoon we will visit Green cave on the small island of Ravnik on a south side of the island of Vis. Through a crack in the ceiling of the cave the sun's rays reflecting with a greenish color and creating a captivating light effects. Swimming is allowed here and if you like snorkeling you can swim in the cave and take amazing underwater photos with our GoPro camera. After Green cave we will visit Blue cave on the island of Biševo. A visit to the Blue Cave will certainly impress you and stay in your memory for a long time. The miraculous play of sunlight which reflects from the white bottom creates a fascinating blue light that lights up the cave above and below the sea surface, the item submerged in the water get a sliver glow. After Blue cave we will visit a few secret spots and famous Stiniva beach. Don't be surprised if we see dolphins playing around the boat on our way to Paklinski islands. Here In Palmizana bay you can take another swim or refreshment or have a lunch in the restaurant if you want. At around 6pm we will be back to Hvar town. Other things to note If you arrive from other destination on the Island of Hvar you can park your car on a public parking near the bus station. If you arrive from Split, Brač, Korčula or Dubrovnik with the catamaran you can left your luggage in the storage in the port close to our meeting location and join the tour.

I will take you on a culinary adventure of the national Bulgarian cuisine. We will prepare seasonal meals and use fresh and locally grown products from the small local grocery stores. Together we will cook a hands-on four-course, traditional Bulgarian meal, including banitsa, a main dish, a salad or a soup, and a light dessert. We will start with the preparation of the classic pastry for banitsa from scratch while talking about mystical Bulgarian food and culture habits stories. Our soup will be traditional Bulgarian cold soup - Tarator (we will cook it only when cucumbers are tasty and in season - spring, summer or early autumn time, for the wintertime we will prepare a winter salad) followed by the main course, which will be based on your food preferences (vegetarian or classic meat dish) and finishing with delicious Bulgarian yogurt dessert with homegrown/made ingredients. It is a true Dalmatian story FROM FARM TO TABLE. You will be guests at my family property that we own since 1537 located just next to the old fortress of Klis (GoT Meereen City), to see the beautiful nature, olive groves, vineyards and orchards. I will explain to you how much effort and patience you need to make oil and wine produce from olives and grapes. I am pleased to share my knowledge, passion and tradition that extends through my family story. At farm also you can enjoy in presence of domestic animals as chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs. Collect chicken eggs or feed the rabbits to fell as a real farmer. Then we go to the tavern where I'll explain how the remains of grapes produce schnapps. You will have the opportunity to see the old tools for farming, old wooden wine barrels, old style fireplace, brick oven and etc. After that all we need is to enjoy in homemade products such as vine, schnapps, smoked meat, olive oil, cheese and breathtaking views in intimate small group in complete privacy. Before our walk, we meet the donkeys and find out about their nature and special needs and features. You will learn how to approach, groom, feed, put on the halter and handle a donkey. To start our trip we choose the appropriate donkey for each hiker. The distance we shall cover is about 3-6 kilometers depending on your courage and includes a break for water and beverages. The path we take is full of old olive trees and vineyards. During our trekking you will learn how to read and understand the donkey's behavior and how to lead and negotiate with your donkey. Walking by the side of the most patient and calm animal is a unique experience that you will remember forever. When we arrive back to the stable, you can participate in feeding the donkeys, as well as the chickens and the ducks. As a reward for your effort we will enjoy a glass of Greek raki and traditional mezedes. Keep in mind that the start time of the experience is indicative and can be modified according to your wish. As the experience usually takes more than 3 hours, please let us know so we can adjust the duration. We strongly recommend that you choose dates that other guests have already booked. It's much more fun. It is a unique experience to see many donkeys walking in the countryside and it is also nice to make new acquaintances!

The workshop is held in the school of the Verace Neapolitan Pizza Association and involves the preparation of pizza with the help of an instructor of the Association that will lead the participants on this interactive journey. We will leave the civil garments to become pizza chefs with a personalized apron designed for the occasion, we will talk about the "ideal" products, we will prepare the dough by hands to be able to understand the right consistency, will roll the dough on the counter of pizzaiolo and, after having covered it with tomato, Campana buffalo mozzarella, basil and olive oil, the participants will be ready to bake it according to tradition in the old wood-fired pizza oven. LEARN MOSAIC IN ATHENS A four (4) hours course in the center of Athens, right above the Ancient cemetery of Keramicos and very close to the Acropolis and the historical center of Athens, we teach people how to create their own mosaic based on Ancient Greek, Roman and modern designs. Walking along the paths Europe's largest volcano, you'll admire the impressive volcanic structure with its typical flora and fauna. We will cross Deserts of black sand, Woods, Ancient and Recent Lava Flows and Old Craters in order to admire the fascinating VALLE DEL BOVE. We will also enter lava tubes, created during the volcano's eruptions, equipped with a helmet and flashlights. It'll be fascinating to descover not only their creation but also the secrets they so jelously conceal in their darkness. How about cycling on abandoned rail tracks, enjoying the scenery, the unique view of the Saronic Gulf, and stories about the mythical Skiron and the German machine guns of World War II in the famous Kakia Skala near Megara? We offer the unique experience of riding specially designed pedal-powered railroad carts, on the vintage metric railway that used to connect Athens with the Peloponnese, through a region of unrivaled beauty and great history, from antiquity to the present day. First, you will be informed about the route and what you are about to see, as well as the contribution of the railway to the industrial history of the area. Then you will sit comfortably in your seats, after a short demonstration of how to operate the pedal-powered railroad cart, which is stabilized by four wheels on rails and therefore does not require balance or any other skills. The railbikes are completely safe, and in terms of speed, they are the same as conventional bikes. The route length is 7.5 km, 15 km in total including the return to Megara, and it is really easy. There will be stops along the route, during which a member of our crew will answer any questions you may have. Stops take place at selected locations with benches and stunning views.
