Coin op laundry, elevator, onsite management 8-5, M-F, video surveillance throughout common areas and a semi secured building are just some of the things that make this building special. Sleeps 2, 1 bed (full). The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.

Washer and dryer downstairs if you need to do laundry and all the necessities to make a meal in the kitchen. Just a few minutes from downtown Boone and the Boone Speedway, a short 17 miles to Jack Trice Stadium/Hilton Coliseum in Ames, and less than an hour to the Des Moines International Airport.

And they're making snow!!! 5 miles west of Boone just off Highway 30, this cute and cozy space offers upscale privacy on a wooded lot within 30 minutes of Ames and 50 minutes from Des Moines. This is a guest house on the same lot as the owners, so pride of ownership abounds. It was originally built for the owners' parents and is universally accessible including extra wide doors, fully accessible kitchen and roll-in shower.
