Antes de iniciar daremos una charla deportiva sobre el wing foil : conceptos y técnicas para una buena practica en la remada. Posterior a eso entraremos al rio para iniciar con la actividad. Una vez finalizada tendremos un break para ver fotos y videos tomadas. Disfrutando de un agradable y hermoso atardecer.

In a rooftop in the heart of Palermo we will share all the secrets about a good Argentine barbecue “asado”. This is a once in a life experience, we are showing you how to clean, cut and portion different types of meat. You will get to know all our tips of how to light the fire, the cooking times of each cut, and how they are located on the grill. You will try different "achuras" like chinchulin, black sausage, Sweetbreast; and then the main meat, loin, rib eye, tails of quadril: typical cuts of cow. They will be served with grilled vegetables also on the grill. We will accompany you with a great argentinean Malbec wine.
