For 2:30 hours we will be in our secret and private rooftop in the Getsemani neighborhood lacated in the old city of Cartagena. First we will receive you with a glass of red wine to meet us better! and then we will be learning the most popular Latin rhythms which will be: Salsa, Bachata and the local genre of Cartagena: Champeta! everything in an intimate and cozy atmosphere. it does not matter if you come alone or with a partner. While you learn you could drink red wine, beers, and the typical rum of our country. You will learn the basic steps, and turns of each genre, explained step by step with patience because our intention is that you really learn, and you can go out and feel confident in any bar or nightclub. Get ready for an immersive tasting menu as you get to experience the real Panama - from the gritty to the most Insta-gramable, and everything in between. Our day starts in the historic Casco Viejo neighborhood at a trendy rooftop where everyone in the group will get to know each other. I’ll give you the quickest history lesson on Panama City and how it’s changed throughout its development before we start our adventure. We will then walk a few blocks to one of the most luxurious hotels in the neighborhood to try a street food delicacy gone gourmet. Next, we’ll head to Santa Ana, the most vibrant part of the city where locals still live. We will visit my friend’s chocolate shop where you’ll get to try some unique treats, take photos in front of colorful street art, and walk down Panama City's only pedestrian avenue to buy fresh ingredients for our mojito-making workshop later on. We'll also pass through one of the most affordable artisan markets. From here, we are going to ride the underground metro to the city center to explore the laid-back Via Argentina neighborhood. While here, we’ll be eating at an old-school restaurant to try classic Panamanian food with a twist. For our last stop, we are GOING UP to a rooftop bar for a mojito-making workshop where you’ll get to make your own cocktail while watching the sun go down over the city and try fresh ceviche.

We will meet with a Mayan family in a village. Here you will discover the Mayan culture and cuisine. Discover different exotic ingredients and flavours during our time preparing food together. The Mayan granny abuelita and other ladies will teach you how to make your own tortillas by hand and other ancestral recipes. Depending on availability, PICKUPS from TULUM and also from PLAYA DEL CARMEN or VALLADOLID. In the morning we drive a bit more that 1 hour to one of my favourite colonial cities of the region to visit the local market. I will guide you into the authentic local market with all its colours and tastes. We will have a local breakfast and enjoy fruits and other foodies at the market. After, there is some time to explore the market on your own. To cool off, we will visit a spectacular cenote in our way to the Mayan village. After we go to Mayan traditional house, we will visit an organic garden where they grow exotic vegetables and fruits. We jump into the Mayan kitchen to cook a traditional and delicious meal interacting and learning from the local Mayan women. You will discover and learn many new things about the Mayan life, traditions and customs too. We will eat all together inside the Mayan house. This nature excursion is unique because it is in our home. You will meet my family and all the birds living in the wild who make our garden their home. We'll start with a welcome and brief history of how a cliff turned into a botanical garden. This is followed by a guided visit of the terraced garden with hundreds of tropical plants. After a journey of more than 8km in the middle of the jungle, we will immerse ourselves in a cave and underground river system for a guided exploration, crossing the most surreal rock formations. Our day will start in Via Argentina, a hip neighborhood in the city center. We will start at an independent coffee shop to have empanadas and Panamanian coffee (or another beverage if you don't drink coffee) so that we are energized for the day. From here we will walk to the metro station and take it to the closest point to where we will begin our urban jungle hike. We will walk down Avenida Central, a lively pedestrian street where you’ll get to see the real Panama. During our walk the chaos of Panama City will slowly end and transition into tropical jungle scenery. We will be ascending up to the highest natural point in Panama City, enjoying stunning city views while sometimes spotting sloths, monkeys, toucans, and other wildlife until we reach the top. During our journey, you will also learn why this was an area that Panamanians were once not allowed to enter and how they were finally able to step foot back into their own land. From the top, you’ll see a 360-degree view of the skyscrapers, ocean, and Panama Canal. The walk from the metro station to the top of the hill and back down is approximately 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) so we’ll be getting our steps in for the day!

Salimos a las 8 am del Parque del Centenario en un vehículo climatizado y luego de viajar 50 km ( 1 hora de viaje) llegamos a uno de los lugares naturales con más encanto del mundo , una vez allí solo queda sumergirse en esta sustancia gris cargada de minerales entre los que destacan el calcio, magnesio y aluminio ( durante 20 minutos aproximadamente). El lodo del Volcán del Totumo combate la mala circulación, la artritis y el ácido úrico y también se usa como antinflamatorios. Una vez fuera del cráter, limpias tu cuerpo en las próximas aguas de la Ciénaga de Totumo. "El volcán tiene su propia leyenda que cuenta que el Totumo una vez fue un verdadero volcán activo hasta que un sacerdote «domó» el ardiente monte y transformó la lava fundida en una caldosa invención de minerales beneficiosos para el cuerpo".
