In this class we will be teaching our guests the world famous Argentinian BBQ or better known as "ASADO". Asado has been a tradition and pride of Argentina since this country was born and now, more than ever, represents us worldwide. In this class we will explain to our guests the different cuts of meat, how to prepare them and cook them on the Argentinian charcoal grill also known as "parrilla". All this will take place while we share some cheese, charcuterie and a classic argentinian aperitif, the fernet. Once the different parts of the "asado" are ready and we finished preparing the best sauces to pair them with, the "criolla" and "chimichurri", we will proceed to serve and enjoy each step of the asado accordingly to the traditional order, always accompanied with typical Argentinian wines.

Come get dirty with us in Buenos Aires :) Our studio hosts private clay parties where you and your partner or friends can learn the basics of working with clay and take home your own special creation. In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of ceramic hand-building under a local artist’s loving gaze as they get to explore the endless possibilities and joys of working with clay. Participants will have the option of creating whatever they wish (mugs, planters, bowls, a sculpture, etc.) receiving guidance and knowledge along the way.  The session will be around 2,5 hours, so we will have time to settle in, introduce ourselves and create something. In this comfortable and engaging atmosphere, we will have some snacks and wine and a carefully curated playlist to groove on while building our ceramics. You’ll also get to paint and decorate your creations using different tools and techniques. No prior ceramic experience is required. Materials and tools will be provided, works made during the workshop will then be glazed, fired and finished in our studio. Students will be able to pick up finished pieces on an arranged pick-up date. This may take up to 3/4 weeks. In case you'd be gone by then we can ship the pieces via FedEx to your hometown (please note shipping cost is not included in price). Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
