If you’re a traveling medical professional or in town to watch the Mountaineers, the hospitals & stadium are an easy 6 mile drive. Please note, you must be able to navigate stairs. Parking in front while loading/ unloading only then vehicle must be moved behind the unit to the driveway. Extended stays welcome.

Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: due to the COVID virus we are currently NOT able to accomodate indoor gatherings consisting of more than four adults (the maxium number of adult guests).
