Nuestra experiencia comienza a las 06:00 de la mañana, con el fin de que cuando vayamos ingresando a la cordillera de los andes podamos apreciar el majestuoso amanecer que nos ofrece, entraremos por el Cajón del Maipo bordeando la antigua línea del tren y el río Maipo, pasaremos por distintos y pintorescos pueblos hasta llegar a nuestra base, donde nos espera un buen desayuno. Continuaremos por la ladera del cerro hasta las termas naturales de Colina (Hot Springs). Estas termas con sus aguas medicinales que varían la temperatura entre 55°C a 30°C (130ºF a 86ºF) entre las 7 piscinas. Podrán relajarse en las aguas calientes que provienen del volcán. Luego iremos a disfrutar de una barbacoa chilena, acompañado de vinos provenientes del centro-sur de Chile. La Barbacoa cuenta con menú de 4 tiempos aproximadamente. Compartiremos con ustedes una clase de cocina donde aprenderás las técnicas y secretos de las famosas Empanadas de Pino, una receta especial de nuestra querida y recordada abuelita. Hablaremos de los ingredientes que la componen: la masa, el relleno o pino (cebolla, carne, pasas, aceitunas y huevo) y el famoso pebre chileno (tomate, cebolla y cilantro). Cocinaremos los ingredientes de la empanada, y les enseñaremos a organizar los elementos para rellenarlas, cerrarlas. Trabajaremos la masa, la cortaremos y haremos las formas clásicas, luego calentamos el horno a la temperatura adecuada y horneamos hasta que estén doraditas. También realizaremos el delicioso pebre que las acompaña, para finalmente sentarnos a la mesa a degustar la tradicional Empanada de Pino chilena con Pebre. We'll leave Santiago around 9 am and take a pretty , 75 mins drive to the Casablanca Valley, previously famous mainly for its' whites but now producing increasingly amazing reds as well. We'll avoid the large, commercial, touristy producers and concentrate exclusively on boutique wineries with - it goes without saying - fantastic wines and a special, intimate vibe. Depending on the availability that day, we'll visit any two of the best, special, small producers in the valley, each with their own distinct and contrasting styles of wine. A lunch stop is not included in the schedule or price but can be arranged if all participants are up for it (from an empanada to a sit-down lunch) and if planned in advance. My aim is for the trip to be laid back, entertaining and informative, hopefully as if travelling with a friend. I speak native-level English, French and Spanish. Please note that due to some wineries still being closed to tourism because to the pandemic (or in some cases just on certains days), I ENCOURAGE INQUIRIES BEFORE GUESTS ACTUALLY BOOK, TO GIVE ME TIME TO CHECK WINERY AVAILABILITY BEFOREHAND and avoid having to reschedule in the event of unavailability on any given day. We'll meet at the equestrian center and get strait in to action. Each participant will have to catch from the field there own horse, this way you'll have your first connection and I'll see the chemistry between you and the chosen horse. After this, we'll need to saddle the horse and get ready with the helmet, each participant will saddle their own horse. In order to see the level of each participant, we'll get into the jumping arena and get short horse riding lesson. After we all feel safe, we'll go for a 2 hour ride through the Patagonian Pampa. Depending on your riding level, we can canter freely or just go on a slow pace. These are NOT touristic horses, these are all well trained and active horses who enjoy going in the field. I recommend this activity for people who already have notion on riding horses. My team and I will show you the most beautiful side of the Andean mountain range in the central zone. You will feel that you are in Patagonia itself, but only 2 hours away from the capital. We will pick you up early in Santiago. We may stop at a convenience store for breakfast purchase before getting to Cajon del Maipo in the Andes mountainous region. In Cajon del Maipo there are 4 active volcanoes, spectacular rivers, waterfalls that come from the incredible heights, peaks of more than 8000 meters above sea level, more than 500 glaciers, hot springs, unforgettable clear southern skies, and a mountain culture that tells a unique story of identity. We will recognize some of the history since the first Germans arrived identifying valuable minerals. You will feel how the historic train use to cross these mountains. You will see unique ecological constructions, native fauna, flora and more! The highlight of our experience is at the hot springs of San Jose mega-volcano, where you will be amazed by 7 terrace-shaped hot pools, an impressive natural formation a few km from the border with Argentina. After the submerged therapy at the hot springs, we share a generous picnic at the Chilean Andes. For most people this feels like lunch. However you are encouraged to bring snacks and your personal bottle of water.

El tour astronómico se dirige a personas interesadas en temas relativo a la astronomía y la cultura Lickan Antay de San Pedro de Atacama Somos Llama Stargazing El tour empieza con un brindis de bienvenida y una observación a simple vista del cielo donde aprenderemos a reconocer algunas constelaciones y otros objetos tales como planetas, nebulosas, cúmulos estelares, estrellas binarias y galaxias, dependiendo de la fecha. También hablamos de la cosmovisión andina, de como los pueblos indígenas locales interpretaban el cielo. Te recogeremos en tu alojamiento para partir rumbo hacia la pisquera artesanal Aba, ubicada a 2 km de Vicuña. Ganadora de numerosos premios internacionales, sus uvas son cosechadas a mano, fermentadas a bajas temperaturas y destiladas en alambique de cobre. Podrás degustar alguna de sus variedades y comprar en su sala de ventas. Terminando esta visita iremos a almorzar a un restaurant con un método de cocina único en el mundo, usando el intenso Sol que tenemos siempre en el Valle, logran cocinar la mayor parte de sus platos típicos. Finalizando el almuerzo, seguiremos hasta la pisquera Galvarino, destacada por su calidad y ganadora de premios internacionales, acá podrás degustar sus productos, y comprar pisco, vino y cerveza local. Luego retornaremos a Vicuña y te dejaremos en tu alojamiento.

Recorrerás toda el área del Cajón del Maipo junto a tu guía, un Ingeniero en Gestión de Expediciones y Ecoturismo. En esta inolvidable experiencia pasaremos por todos los pueblos de la zona y haremos una caminata de 8 kilómetros que parte a los 2.350 metros sobre el nivel del mar y llega al hermoso valle ubicado a 2.550 metros sobre el nivel del mar, donde podrás apreciar la majestuosidad de la Cordillera de Los Andes, cascadas, estarás a los pies de un enorme volcán y si tienes suerte podrás ver a los cóndores volar sobre nosotros. Almorzarás entre montañas y volveremos a un acogedor restaurante local para cerrar el día con exquisitos appetizers y una cerveza o copa de vino chileno. Considero que recorrer los paisajes montando bicicleta hace que la aventura tenga un sabor único. Quiero transmitirles esta experiencia que me apasiona. Transitar despacio por la naturaleza. Que puedan vibrar los paisajes y sentirse parte de ellos. Pocos lugares me han atrapado tanto como este pequeño pueblo en el norte grande de Chile, en el majestuoso desierto más árido del mundo. Espero poder guiarlos en esta experiencia y que puedan autodescubrirse y enriquecerse con está aventura que quiero compartirles. Saldremos del centro del pueblo, adentrándonos rápidamente en el desierto de Atacama. Ingresaremos a Quitor para que puedan ver una increíble panorámica del Pukará de Quitor, patrimonio cultural del los pueblos originarios de desierto. Recorreremos el Valle de Catarpe. Subiremos a la Capilla de San Isidro. Allí desayunaremos y tendremos un descanso. Sacaré fotos y tomaré vídeos para que lleven como recuerdo. Descenderemos por la Quebrada del Diablo y regresaremos al pueblo por un bello callejón que termina en unas vistas increíbles del Valle de Marte. Quiero llevarte a pedalear por el desierto más árido del mundo. Visitamos DOS viñedos orgánicos, disfrutamos de una degustación y tour 11:00, en aprox 1 hora, conoceremos la descripción del proceso orgánico , visitaremos la sala de producción, jardines y barricas, veremos el proceso desde su nacimiento, (valor no incluido, desde 20USD) Continuamos a Valparaíso 25 minutos al norte. para el almuerzo, la comida chilena más tradicional (como la que mamá haría en casa), opciones de mariscos o pescados en un restaurante familiar visitado solo por locales, calidad, costo, tamaño, hacen un buen conjunto, (valor no incluido desde $ 15 USD) . Visitaremos el muelle Prat, subiremos al ascensor El Peral y caminaremos por los rincones de "Cerro Alegre, Cerro Concepción", con un agradable paseo por sus calles, casas multicolores, un café con una hermosa vista, un rico helado, 1 hora aprox. El recorrido se puede extender en un viñedo con una buena conversación o en el almuerzo. Si necesita regresar en el tiempo estimado, le sugiero una hora en cada lugar.

Nos iremos de Santiago hacia la V Región pasando por el Valle de Casablanca, donde haremos una parada para conocer y degustar Viña Mar, bodega dedicada a los espumantes y vinos, sus instalaciones te harán desconectarte de la rutina y el caos de la capital, en un ambiente relajado, dónde la vid y sus montañas te invitan a quedarte Posteriormente nos iremos a recorrer la hermosa ciudad de Valparaíso, donde te enamorará sus colores, cultura e historia. Te llamará la atención, lugares destacados como son: los ascensores El Peral y Reina Victoria, el paseo Yugoslavo que nos muestra una espléndida vista de la ciudad, la escalera Piano, Paseo Atkinson con sus deslumbrantes murales. Finalmente nos trasladaremos a la ciudad de Viña del Mar, visitaremos su famoso reloj de flores, sentiremos el calor del sol en playa abarca, para terminar con un recorrido por la costa Viñamarina Una aventura que no te puedes perder, que te sacará de la monotonía, y activará todos tus sentidos. Son 2 alumnos por taller y una duración de 3:30 horas aproximadamente, donde saldrás con un anillo terminado. El taller incluye todos los materiales y herramientas (las herramientas son prestadas para la duración del taller). El anillo de la foto es referencial, ya que trabajaremos con distintos tipos de piedras y formas. Se realizará en Providencia (sector Luis Thayer Ojeda con Eliodoro Yañez). Hay estacionamiento y está aprox a 15 minutos caminando desde el metro Colón. ¡Nos vemos! :D
