The Studio is in a stunning and very rural location. We are a five minute walk to Gills Lap which is one of the most central walking points on Ashdown Forest. We have direct access from the gate onto the forest paths. We have maps and details of walks in our welcome book for walkers. Dogs are welcome. We now have an enclosed courtyard garden that is secure for dogs of all sizes. Well equipped kitchen, large table, sofa with TV on wall plus bedroom with king bed & good sized shower room.

Friendly, cozy and quiet

This is a mid-terrace cottage built in 1880 bordering the golf course and Ashdown Forest with its many beautiful walks. It's very quiet but within easy walking distance of the village. The road is unmade and little used, parking is available in a layby a short walk away. Views from the windows are of trees. The room has a mattress for additional guests but there will be an added cost. I generally only accept people for under a week.
