Both the room and the restroom are completely private, there is a wall separating the room/restroom from the main house. Entry to the room is also private.
We stay about half a mile from the arrowhead hospital, as well as the new school that was built (California University of Science and Medicine). We are also walking distance from a Food4Less and other fast food restaurants that surround it. The 10 freeway is also about a mile from the house.
