The entire finished basement in a beautiful colonial house, a very nice and quiet neighborhood. 9 mins drive to UConn Storrs campus, grocery store and some great restaurants that we can suggest. The owners; father and daughter (myself) live upstairs. We just have a empty clean basement with separate full bathroom to do Airbnb. Has plenty of parking space. No separate entrance to basement. Check in and out are flexible. We are friendly and easy to talk to.
