It's one bedroom with a queen bed, but we also have a comfortable queen air mattress that can be setup in living room if guests want. We have a large t.v. in the living room and a t.v. in the bedroom. Both have netflix, hulu, and alot of other viewing options. Snacks are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. No smokers please..
