The Annexe, Crick village

‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for two to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Complying with social distancing is very easy here. The comfortable and peaceful double room has a full en-suite bathroom and is in the quiet single storey extension on the back of our dormer bungalow with its own entrance. It has a king size bed, an off-street parking space and a separate entrance. Guests can come and go as they please. It's right in the middle of our village, two minutes' walk from our Co-op and friendly pubs, and just a couple of minutes' drive from the M1, M6 and A5.
