Our house is 2640 square feet. We own 1.34 acres in a wooded area. It's very quiet where we live and we have very few houses near us. We are also offering the use of our first floor: a shared living room and a shared kitchen. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit as well. There will be a $15.00 charge for a very large bundle of wood.

Built in 2017. Kitchen has everything you need to make dinner, or grill on the large outdoor Weber grill. There is a main living area with a couch and oversized chair, tv, and air mattress. Dining area can also be used as a work space, directly looking out at the water. BR1 has a Queen size bed, dresser, tv. Second Br has a Full size bed and Tv. There is a view of the lake from every room. Plenty of parking ( rare at the Lake).
