It retains some quaint period features and is comfortably furnished. It is perfectly located for exploring the Midlands and is a short drive from Rugby. Ideal for couples or singles. Babies and pets are welcome to bring their well behaved parents! There is a small patio but guests are welcome to relax on a bench by the pond or orchard in our grounds.

Located in a quiet residential area of Daventry, the town centre is a 10 minute walk away, whose amenities include supermarkets, art gallery, cafes and bus station. The nearest train station is 4 miles away at Long Buckby. Placed with easy access to the M40, M1 and M6; Birmingham airport (40 min drive), Silverstone race circuit (25 min drive or megabus) and 1 hour 20 by train to London Euston. Please note that this room is not suitable for those with reduced mobility.

PROS: New bathroom, new kitchen, king size bed, clean, quiet, warm, comfortable, owner out 2 evenings a week so sole use of house, sofa (TV remote!) and all facilities, small, friendly, self sufficient dog (Border Terrier) Eddie, who is practically mute so no barking but good company! Lovely garden with seating, 10 minutes walk to Daventry centre, short drive to M1, M40, DIRFT, Ford etc CONS: Dog might not be everyone's cup of tea (gasp!) due to allergies.
