This is a quiet residential neighborhood just 3/4 mile from the beach. Your bed is made up as a king, but can be separated into two twin beds with advance notice. You'll find everything you need in the cozy room, and in your own bath next door. We love to visit over a simple breakfast of cereal and pastries, but we are happy to give you your own space, too. Rochester has a lot to offer and we love to tell you about it!
