We are pleased to again welcome visitors to our farmhouse! Starting May 1, 2021 all states are exempted from the Covid-19 testing or 10 day quarantine requirement for travelers coming into Maine. If one or more states see a spike in cases of highly contagious COVID-19 variants, Maine will apply its test or quarantine requirement to travelers to and from that state. We will let you know, if things change. We are presently renting long term stays only and you will not be sharing the space.

Our home has "been in the family" since 1954. I purchased it in 1980 from my parents and raised my 3 girls here. We expanded and added guest rooms in 2000 to accommodate my aging parents and visiting siblings. Now that we are "empty nesters" we are happy to welcome others to this beautiful corner of Maine, just over the border from New Hampshire. This guest space could be a wonderful choice if you are in our area for a temporary work assignment or to attend a class or seminar for a few days.

The Jeremiah Goodwin House was first purchased by my parents in 1954. My 6 siblings and I grew up here, later I purchased the home and raised my 3 girls here also. The time came that my folks could no longer live independently, so we expanded the home to provide space for them and allow everyone to visit with them in their final years. For over a decade our home was the family hotel. We now find ourselves in a large home with space to share.
