Farm House on the Ranch! Horses, ponies, chickens, gardens and dogs!. A working family ranch. A Hunting Lodge Bedroom, with Deer, antlers, and front of house access. This room faces the front porch. A coffee maker and refrigerator is in the room. This room has a 1/2 bathroom just out side the bedroom. And a Full double bathroom is located at the top of the steps. This bathroom is shared. Our Farmhouse breakfast is served 8 am to 9 am in the Diningroom. Long term stays are welcome!

Outdoors we offer a bbq and patio furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the mountain air. Just a 5 minute walk and you'll be in Santaquin canyon.
