You'll be greeted by my partner B and me with some japanese tea "ocha". As you get an introduction of me and the workshop you will be taking. I’ll teach you how to make one of my home cooked dishes which is extremely easy to do and requires minimal effort and more importantly, very little dishes. So it is easy to make at home. The dishes you will be making are gyoza (japanese dumplings) and hotpot (prepared with a simmering pot of soup stock at the dining table, containing a variety of East Asian ingredients. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table, in a manner similar to fondue. Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, egg, dumplings, tofu, and seafood). Food Preferences maybe be placed before hand: Meat, Fish or vegetarian options available.
Other things to note
These dishes can be made vegetarian or vegan very easily, please advise if you have any allergies beforehand.

Hi, my name is Keigo Takamori. I am half South African & half Japanese. I’ve opened up two restaurants in Cape Town, some of the best restaurants in SA. I frequently travel to Thailand to share my knowledge of health conscious creative cooking classes where I collaborate with my yogi partner. I have traveled to Japan several times and love Asian cooking, making me very passionate about Traditional home cooked meals.
