We welcome yogis to morning practice in our space. It is refreshing to travel and know we can set aside time to tend to our mind, body and spirit.
At 8 a.m., Michelle will lead guests during the yoga hour. We play our yoga music playlist in the background for inspiration. We can agree on what yoga pace or mood you are in, self-practice or otherwise. We aim to please! This whole hour is reserved for practice and meditation from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
At 9 a.m., our kitchen will be ready with a garden-fresh yummy brunch. Fruits and vegetables used for our brunch dishes are locally grown. Crepes, frittatas, oven-baked breads, infused waters, green smoothies. With Chef Sebastien up early and in control of the kitchen, the possibilities are endless!
Guests will come out of this experience, refreshed, revitalized, rejuvenated.

Michelle is an at-home yoga advocate and student for 8 years. She takes her yoga everywhere she goes, clugging her mat along. One of her biggest thrills when travelling is finding a peaceful and convenient space to practice yoga.
Our yoga nook is tucked in a quaint island village in Aninuan, Puerto Galera. We go views of the mountain and a stone throw's away from the glorious Aninuan beach. A blush of the island life and French Filipino hospitality, it is here where we welcome you to join our special yoga brunch.

The entire experience (yoga and brunch) will happen at our home in Aninuan, Puerto Galera. On sunny days, we can even do our yoga sequence at the neighborhood beach! You can find us 20 minutes away by tricycle from the main port of the island, Balatero Port. We are also 10 minutes away by tricycle from White Beach, the island's public beach.

This experience was amazing. We had a few newbies but the class was perfect for all levels, challenging in some aspects but in the best way. Location and views were great, Sebastien and Michelle were so accommodating. The post brunch was so delicious, we couldn’t stop raving about the french toast! We truly hope to do this again at the beach!

Doing yoga with Michelle was an wonderful experience . We talked while we had brunch , and I knew that they only open when they get an appointment in the morning, so I was lucky , they gave me that chance to experience it, coz I requested a day and I was the only student there . She taught me how to do yoga and her love made a good meal for me . The people make the place more beautiful . I’ll love to do yoga with Michelle over and over . Thanks
