Most mornings are beautiful in Jensen Beach! We meet at Indian Riverside Park. 1707 NE Indian River Drive Jensen Beach, Florida 34957. Park amenities include parking, restrooms, sandy beach, outdoor beach shower, splash pad, manicured gardens, picnic pavilions, fishing pier, The US Sailing Center, and The Treasure Coast Children’s Museum. Indian Riverside Park is an amazing resource detailing our culture, environment, and history. Beautiful green grass creates a stage above the river. Grass frees us from beach sand while fresh winds usually keep bugs away! It is an ideal place to open my mind and absorb amazing positive energy that sunrise and yoga inevitably create! Mindful breath along with positive intention is encouraged. Clear direction can empower students to confidently flow through safe and peaceful moving meditation! Yoga, breath, and meditation lower blood pressure. Stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system frees and empowers each individual cell to respirate, thus encouraging recovery and healing on the cellular level! We possess a power to heal ourselves from stimulus and trauma that is environmentally plentiful in our lives! Positive energy and mindful intention create everything we need and want! As a teen in the mid 90’s, I was relocated to Stuart from Alabama. Culture shock, to say the least! I was quickly introduced to meditation, and breath work. Meditation helps me function, freeing my cells to rest and recover! I have been mindful of breath and meditating over 20 years. In 2015 I found myself extremely overweight and in failing health. My practice in yoga, meditation, breath work, and nutrition empowered me to loose 200 pounds. Focus on these practices continue to be the simple keys of my life changing weight loss success. I am a 200RYT licensed and registered yoga instructor. I love to positively encourage others to find happiness in their life journeys. Sunrise, art, music, parks, and nature have helped me question, learn, and accept life and its offerings!

Class is on the grass, riverfront near the splash pad. Lush green grass meets sandy beach, mangroves extend into the water. Our grassy stage over the beautiful Indian River Lagoon faces east, giving us a front row view of the amazing sunrise! Bottlenose Dolphins jump and play. Osprey’s and Bald Eagles soar overhead. Nature surrounds us. Sounds of small waves meeting the shoreline send us into complete peace!
