We will discuss what's considered a great cup of coffee and why. We will do this by covering some basic concepts about the neuroscience of flavor. Then, we will go through the different processes and ideas on how to brew the best cup of coffee.

Also we believe that coffee is about connection, inspiration, and drive. Some of the biggest changes of humanity have been inspired and fueled by coffee. We strongly believe that now is the perfect time to share a cup of coffee.

We did this as a work team bonding experience. Even for a couple non- or rare coffee drinkers, Ricardo made it fun and educational, since a lot of what he did had to do with taste and other sensory experiences that are part of drinking coffee, but apply to many other things. A very well done experience and Ricardo was a great host.

I can't get over how delightful and insightful this experience was. I loved Ricardo's enthusiasm and openness to answer any and all of our questions. For me, I love coffee and I've always wanted to learn more about coffee tasting but have been overwhelmed with all there is out there--but Ricardo really crafts this experience to be super beginner-friendly and accessible.
