This is not an ordinary cooking experience, this is a delightful journey around the myths and rituals for make and for enjoy the Sicilian Cannoli.
I will guide you step by step through my Sicilian family recipe to make the famous Sicilian Cannoli, a delicious dessert with cream goes straight to the heart. You will discover the key elements that make the Cannoli a real delicacy: crunchy peel, milk cream and chocolate.

The Traditional cannolis recipe is with Ricotta Cream, but you can use Whipped Cream or Cream Cheese or Vegan Cream.

With the same recipe we can make traditional cannoli (fried), baked cannoli (my own recipe), summer cannoli (with strawberries or raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) and also the "Chiacchiere": Italian carnival fried cookies.

This was an excellent class! I highly recommend this experience to anyone, and believe it would make a great family or team building activity. Gian was well organized and incredibly engaging, kind, and a patient guide. It was a fun cooking class! I was the only guests for this session and received a personalized experience!
