You might think Sushi is made of rice and fish.
However it is a perfect dish for vegans.
We can make variety kinds of fancy looking Sushi with vegetables, tofu and plant based ingredients without using a single fish products.

I will guide you to make some of the sushi rolls which is not too difficult to make for the beginners and also vegan osuimono / clear soup which perfectly matches with sushi.

Inside Out Roll

Dragon Roll - *Advanced version of Inside Out Roll, you need to bring tofu steak as one of the ingredients.

Flower Roll - *You need to bring vegan egg roll as one of the ingredients .

If you are the one registered first, you can choose the menu you want to learn, but if you are not, the menu would have been already fixed.

I'll send a list of ingredients and utensils before hand.
Please prepare the items written there if you are going to cook together with me. But if you are not, you can watch my demonstration and try making it later at your convenience.

The dishes introduced in "Magical Soy and Japanese Vegan" are very useful for vegan sushi making, and some of the menu require the dishes introduced there. So check that experience too.
