Michelle is a very thoughtful and inspiring speaker. She does a wonderful job of telling her story in a way that makes you apply it to yourself. While you might initially feel that her journey could not be applicable to your own, you quickly realize that it can be. There are so many take aways not just for yourself, but if you use it as a team building event, for your team as well. You might even start to look at leadership in a different way. Be open to receiving what she is sharing. You will not be disappointed in this champion! :)

I loved Michelle's authentic storytelling and her transparency. You wouldn't think an Olympic gold medalist would suffer from imposter syndrome.
