Explore Sydney Harbour at first light on this Sydney Harbour Running Tour. This small group tour takes runners around the city’s most famous attractions including the Sydney Opera House and The Sydney Harbour Bridge. Operating daily at 7am, this 9km adventure bounds along the harbour, where you’ll witness firsthand the sparkling seas and home of Pixar’s beloved Nemo!

To get this two hour running tour started, we’ll lace up our sneakers at Hyde Park, we’ll jog past many well known natural landmarks including Mrs Macquaries Chair. The tour will head over to the Botanic Gardens to experience the gorgeous greenery rooted right in the heart of the city. Together, we’ll run by the Sydney Opera House, one of the most famous and beloved architectural masterpieces of the twentieth century, as well as several other historic focal points such as George Street’s former police station and Cadman’s Cottage. The tour continues to gain momentum as your Sydney tour guide leads the group over the Sydney Harbour Bridge to explore some of the most interesting hidden sights scattered throughout the north side of the harbour. We'll check out the views from this angle, before stopping for coffee and catching a ferry back across the harbour to finish at Circular Quay.

We will be running all around Sydney Harbour and explore the history, stories, myths and more of what makes Sydney great. Not only will you experience the big sights, we've found the cool hidden stuff that can easily be overlooked by passersby. The tour finishes with coffee and a ferry ride back to Circular Quay.

I had a fantastic time with Maddy this morning. I can’t really say run, as I wanted to walk probably half way... everything was perfect, temperature , not too many people around and wonderful, magical scenery of Sydney harbour. Maddy was knowledgeable, super friendly and accommodated me along the way. Now, I can finally place where different parts of Sydney are in relation to each other. More than fantastic! There is no way I could have done it myself.Thank you Maddy!

Great experience, 10/10 would do it again, and that's coming from someone who's out of shape and never does cardio! Jamie was my guide and he was a great cheerleader. When he pointed out that we'd run across the harbor bridge I almost gave up, but he cheered me on and it became a proud moment of achievement! We ran past some beautiful spots, but Jamie let me set the pace and take as many walk breaks as I wanted. Lovely tour and I didn't have to worry about pictures as Jamie was my personal photographer!

This experience was really fun. Our host, Jamie, was great and brought Sydney to life. Our run was beautiful and it was great to get exercise, meet with a local, and see the famous Sydney sites all at once. Would highly recommend!

Jamie was a fantastic running tour guide. My friend and I booked the morning harbour run around Sydney, and we were the only two in the group with Jamie. He took us around the harbour, explaining / pausing at notable landmarks along the way. Jamie was super engaging and easily modified the run for us, since we were keeping a pretty slow pace. We ended with a super delicious coffee and really fun conversation!
