Experience one of the most vibrant sites in Venice on a tour of Rialto Market with a friendly chef. Select seasonal ingredients to prepare and cook an authentic Italian meal. Learn the history of the market and the story of the food produce before going to a typical Venetian home for a hands-on cooking class.
Prepare a starter, main dish ( with home made pasta ) and a dessert to enjoy at the end of your class. Benefit from a Prosecco glass of wine while you prepare your delicious recipes !

End your class with a lovely lunch and enjoy the fruits of your hard work, served with plenty of wine of course!

Your typical menu` will be the following :

- a main course, with hand made pasta or risotto
- Eggplant Parmesan or a meat course
- Tiramisu`

the 6 pm class DOES NOT include the market tour as it is CLOSED...You will , on the other side have a longer class at home!

Lorenzo took us around the local market, then allowed us to collaborate on a menu based on our personal taste. After deciding on fresh Monkfish, wild mushroom risotto, and tiramisu we strolled through Venice to his home where we began our course. The course was leisurely and relaxing. After the completion of our cooking, Lorenzo served us our three courses with an Aperol Spritz for each of us! 10/10 would recommend.

Great local shopping & cooking experience! Catered to our vegetarian desires, which was also awesome! Spring Risotto, Eggplant Parmesan, and Tiramisu were all 10/10!

Awesome ! We learned how to make pasta and although I forgot to tell Lorenzo in advance that I was vegetarian, he adapted. He even gave us a doggy bag so we didn't waste this delicious food 😊

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Mittag . Erst waren wir auf dem Markt und haben uns an Fischen, Meeresfrüchten, Obst und Gemüse Appetit geholt. Dann haben wir als Gäste wählen dürfen, was gekocht wird - es war dann Nudeln mit Tintenfisch in Tinte, außerdem gab es noch Makrele mit Beilagen aus dem Ofen und Nachtisch. Tollerweise durften wir die Nudeln selber machen und es war ein sehr geselliges, gemeinsames Kochen. Die Anleitungen waren nebenbei, alles hat viel Spaß gemacht und es hat fantastisch geschmeckt. Die Portion war riesig. Und die Unterhaltung sehr kurzweilig. Vielen, vielen Dank für den schönen Tag.
