Ozokwenza

Enjoy a magical coastline hike starting from the charming fishermen town of Boca de Tomatlan to the isolated town of Las Animas, crossing several hidden beaches such as Colomitos, Madagascar, La Troza, Maraikas and El Caballo, all of them gorgeous beaches that few people know. Along the way, we will cross 5 km of tropical jungle where we might watch a variety of birds, crabs and iguanas. If we are really lucky, we might watch a stingray, a sea turtle or a whale at the sea. Swim and enjoy Colomitos and amaze yourself with a huge variety of natural landscapes while we take you some pics with our Rebel T6 Camera. Plus we can bring some Snorkeling gear (available upon request only) Enjoy a delicious breakfast from Elforoteo (My brothers' Cafe) and a Mexican Cinnamon Coffee, a cocktail or a beer at one of Las Animas' sea restaurants. You might enjoy sea food there too (optional) or have another swim. We will return back in an aquataxi back to Boca de Tomatlan.

Lapho uzoba khona

We will drive my Pikamobile along the highway south of Vallarta. During the trip we will appretiate different beaches. We will arrive to Boca de Tomatlán, a charming fishermens' town at Horcones River. We will cross the mountain covered by beautiful palms and Ficus. After 1 km, we will arrive to Colomitos beach, one of the smallest beaches of México, unreachable by car. We will have a break and then continue the hike to Las Animas.

Ilinganiswe ku-4.92 kokungu-5 ngokusuka kokushiwo abanye okungu-112.

I had a great time with Israel! He’s very nice and accommodating. The hike wasn’t bad at all—I did it in sandals but consider myself an advanced hiker. The locations were all gorgeous and I recommend the experience.

This was an amazing experience. Israel is a wonderful guide. Getting to see the small towns, beaches, homes and little hotels by hiking along the coast was really amazing. We had a fabulous view the entire way. And, stopped for a coconut at one of the beaches, which was a nice surprise. The hike was a little more challenging than I expected but absolutely worth it. Israel provided tasty sandwiches that kept our energy up! I loved that we hiked one way and then took a boat back, so we got both land and sea experience. Highly recommend this experience!

The hike with Israel was very fun and challenging. The group included my husband, myself and five others. Israel's girlfriend also joined to shuttle us to the starting point and also helped as a guide. The trail is generally narrow and except for a few places can be a little challenging for those aren't used to exertion (and that's coming from someone who runs half and full marathons). We went up, and down, slippery hillsides, scramble over boulders, and cross railing-free broken bridges. At one point, because it was high tide, we waded, waist-high, through the water. It was a little "Indiana Jones". I would have been nervous if I had my kids along. Ok, I was a little nervous anyway, cause I'm rather clumsy and hate the idea of twisting an ankle or cracking my head on those rocks, but I had to plug along. The views of the ocean were beautiful and overall a very scenic, shaded, hike through the jungle. Bug spray helped a lot. It was still hot and humid at the beginning of October, but it felt great once we reached the beach and dove into the water. We hung out at Las Animas (last beach) for lunch and took a water taxi back to the start. The ride was nice to be able to see the shore, or where we had hiked, from the water. Overall I would recommend Israel's hike. He was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. His girlfriend, Carmen, was awesome and friendly. We didn't do his other experiences, but I've no doubt they would be very fun.

SPECTACULAR - what an adventure! This hike to the las animas beach was the perfect half day journey and my partner and I couldn't have asked for a better host to guide us. Israel is fantastic and we had great conversation. The hike began in the morning at boca de tomatlan. The hike crosses four main points colomitos, la troza, playa del caballo, and the final destination playa las animas. The scenery changes so much and the water is beautiful because you get to see the color changes (different shades of blue). You can get in the water whenever you'd like and Israel is patience and advises you to take your time. As far as difficulty, I would say this hike is easy because the toughest part is in the beginning when you have to climb, but the rest of the hike is very moderate and pleasant. Thank you Israel and we will be booking again!
