It ist located on quiet and peaceful street, but walking distance from anything. You got the coolest park/graveyard next door and a popular square on the other hand. The apartment is spacy and with all our beloved furniture. So I expect you to take really good care of it (aka - no crazy parties!). Theres a big livingroom, kitchen, shower and a comfortable bedroom.
