In näherer Umgebeung des Hauses fließt der Wildfluss Lech, wo der bekannte Lechwanderweg entlang verläuft. Im Winter gibt es in direkt vor dem Haus eine Loipe zum Langlauf und einen einen Winterwanderweg. Das Skigebiet am Arlberg ist mit dem Auto/Skibus 10 min entfernt.
