Our entirely private studio is fully self contained making it easy to stay for a relaxing nights get away or a longer holiday in the Central Otago region. We call this place The Annex. It is a purpose built guest suite, with private bathroom, it sits at the front our rural property in Hawea Flat, seperate to the main house. A quiet location, just 15 minutes drive from Wanaka township. Guests enjoy views to Grandview range and perfect starry night skies. Underfloor heating throughout. Guests have use of a small fridge, kettle, and we provide tea, coffee and milk. We do the washing up :) Parking by entry.
