Booking settings for your listings

Request to book

When a guest or a Trip Designer (on behalf of a guest) requests to book your property, you'll receive an email from express@airbnb.com to notify you.

If the booking is an online booking (made by the guest directly), you will have 24 hours to accept or decline the booking request before it expires.

If the booking is an assisted booking (made with the assistance of a Trip Designer), you will have 72 hours to accept or decline the booking request before it expires.

When you get a request, the corresponding dates will be automatically blocked in your calendar so that other guests can’t request them until you accept or decline the pending request.

Instant book

Allows guests and Trip Designers to book even faster by giving them the ability to book your property without having to reach out about availability. The guests must agree to:

• The Airbnb Luxe Guest Booking Agreement
• Your house rules
• Pay the total of all fees due at the time of booking
• Abide by the maximum guest capacity at the property
• Meet the minimum length of stay

On your listings page, there is a column that identifies if the listings are on Instant book or not. To learn how to activate or deactivate Instant Book for your properties, visit this page.
