Condo 403 at Island Beach Resort is on the fourth floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo boasts quartz and tile throughout. The appliances are top of the line, and the furniture is stunning. Condo 403 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance. Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique. Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk . Our building is a gated community, no public transportation to this area. We are within an hour from the West Palm airport and two from Orlando. Relax on our 4th floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment with an amazing ocean view, you will not regret to enjoy the view, relax and be part of the area.
