Our house is 15 minutes walk from Nottingham town centre, or 3 stops on the tram. It is self-contained, that is we do not live there ourselves, so you will be assured of your privacy. However this does mean that we won't be providing breakfast. We do have 3 rooms rented in the property so there may be other guests using the shared spaces, such as bathroom, toilet, kitchen, breakfast/dining room and tv-lounge. Our house is good for students, couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
