I am friendly to everyone because everyone is welcome in my house. My house is located 55 minutes from Amsterdam Central (Station) and 50 minutes from Schiphol Airport, by Public Transport. The bus stop is only 3 minutes walk from my house. The room is not available as a workplace. You can work on your laptop in the Public Library, Dudokplein 16 in IJmuiden. The Library is almost every day open from 10.00 until 17.00.
