Best of Vienna Walking Tour
Discover Vienna's historic old town on a fun and comprehensive walking tour with me. We leave the big tour groups behind and explore the city in our own small team. Let's make it interactive - there are no dumb questions ;) We start on the banks of the Danube canal to find out why the Romans decided to settled down here of all places. A short walk later we marvel at the impressive tower of St. Stephen's Cathedral while I tell you about its hidden symbolism of numbers. Further highlights on the way include Mozart's apartment, the old Greek quarter, romantic hidden alleys and courtyards, the Spanish Riding School as well as an almost real da Vinci. Upon arrival at the vast Hofburg Palace complex we will finally talk about the rise of the mightiest family in the history of Europe: the Habsburgs. But Vienna's history doesn't stop with the fall of the Habsburgs: where did Hitler speak in front of 200,000 cheering Austrians? And what makes modern-day Vienna the city with the highest standard of living worldwide? While taking in the beauty of the city I will keep you entertained with the best stories about its past and present - plus some questionable jokes! Keep in mind that we finish at Albertinaplatz, not where we met at the beginning. All tours are held in English.
Great Taste of Vienna
Looking for a fun and tasty experience in Vienna? You've just found it! This Vienna food tour will take you on a culinary adventure through the city, from cafes to street stalls to upscale dining. First up, because it would be rude of us not to offer you a coffee and breakfast before getting started. Instead of going to one of the famous Viennese coffee houses, where mainly tourists wait in line, we will head to one of the few cafes that locals visit in the 1st district. Then, we’ll head into a lively part of the city where most tourists would never think to go. It’s here that we’ll enjoy our first lunch (yes, there will be multiple lunches!), prepared by a renowned Viennese chef. Next stop is a bustling, vibrant local market for our second lunch. Be sure to save some room, though, because next we’ll discover where the locals go for the best coffee in the city. You’ll graze on some sweet and savory delights, hand-picked by your guide. This tour is sure to make you fall in love not just with Viennese food, but with Vienna’s culture. You’ll learn the locals’ secret to “gemütlichkeit” and understand why Vienna is placed so high in the “most liveable city” rankings. Other things to note The tour will take about 5 hours. We provide a very authentic tour that is personable, entertaining, and full of interesting stories about Vienna.

Classical Concerts at Mozart's house
I would like to share my passion for classical music and dive into the world of Viennese classical music together with you for one evening. Together with my colleagues, we as Mozart Ensemble Vienna play impressive pieces of Viennese classical music. Be enchanted by the world of classical music and immerse yourself mentally in the time in which the great masters of Viennese classical music worked! There is no better place for this than the Sala Terrena, where our concerts take place. The Sala Terrena is the oldest concert hall in Vienna and serves as a perfect atmosphere to put us into the time of Mozart, Schubert or Beethoven. At the time, Mozart himself played in this historic place and earned his living for his first apartment in Vienna. The Sala Terrena, which is only a few minutes' walk away from St. Stephen's Cathedral, also impresses with its beautiful frescos with late venetian renaissance style. Hi, please come in the Singerstrasse 7. The concert is not in the Mozart museum. The main entrance is in front of Singerstrasse 10 (is a big haus and they are two entrances.) We have a poster stand with poster of the concert in front of the house. See you later. Regards.
Alleyways, Courtyards and Hidden Sights
Take a break from the imperial grandeur of Vienna's historic old town and discover its secret alleyways and hidden squares instead. Hidden passageways used as shortcuts by the locals will take us into picturesque courtyards and tranquil side streets. This tour is about oddities, quirky stories of the city's past and the beauty of Vienna beyond the main attractions. We start on its most Italian "piazza" and will amongst others marvel at some fine Baroque illusional painting, visit the place where Mozart got a kick in his gifted backside and stroll through the former Jewish heart of Vienna. We look at the city's most famous doorway and discover Beethoven's neighborhood. Finally, the "Muse who's had it" will introduce us to Vienna's scientific heart and academic hall of fame. Always walking the most charming alleys along the way we'll stay off the big tourist tracks. The tour ends at the main university of Vienna. All tours are held in English.
Viennese Wine Tasting in a roman wine cellar
Since ages, around 700 hectares of wine have been cultivated within Vienna's urban area. The roots of viticulture here go as far back as the Romans, who populated the city two thousand years ago. But what exactly is left of the former empire in Vienna today and how is that related to Viennese wine? Get to the bottom of these questions in the truest sense of the word with a wine tasting in Vienna's deepest wine cellar. A trained wine expert will lead you into the cellar to taste three different wines. The wines range from classic Viennese wines to other Austrian wines, which will, of course, be paired with a small snack from the family-owned delicacy-store. IMPORTANT: The tasting at 14:30 is held in ENGLISH and at 17:00 in GERMAN! Please note that the experience takes approx. 40 minutes.

Half-day Countryside Wine Tour near Wien with Dinner
We will pick up our guests at selected hotel in Downtown Vienna with our air conditioned minibus. During the 30 minute ride to the Weinviertel Wine Region we briefly tell about the history of Austria and the development of the wine culture in the area. In the Weinviertel we visit 3 small, family owned winery, where we will meet with the owners or their familes and they will make a small presentation about their wines. Since these wineries are usually not available all the time, because they have to do all the works in vineyard as well in the cellar, we have established partnership with 9 wineries in the area and pick 3 for every tour. We are going to taste mostly local white wines, like Grüner Veltliner and Yellow Muscat, along with Austria's favourite red wine, the Zweigelt. At each place we taste 4 glasses of wine, so we prepare with some snacks at each place and at the last winery we complete the experience with dinner. If the conditions allow we also will have the opportunity to see the wine cellar or the production facility. After the tour we take the guests back to Vienna where we picked them up.
