THIS IS A ROOM IN A SHARED APARTMENT WITH US. Additional guest are $60/night. We were the first people in the unit after it was gutted and renovated and we’ve been meticulous about cleanliness. There is no smoking at all! Pets are allowed, we love dogs! No throwing parties, we prefer professional workers, not people who’s going to trash our place. We are barely home on weekdays as we both work 9-5.
