Enjoy a quiet respite in this private guest suite in a historic home dripping with character. The bedroom with en-suite bathroom adjoins the house’s dining room and kitchen but is the only sleeping room on the main floor. Enjoy a great nights sleep in a comfy queen bed bedecked in super soft sheets with 4 pillows. A private mini fridge and freezer make it easy to store your own items within reach. And a kettle with Starbucks Via means quick coffee when you need it. Dripping with character and charm this Victorian home nearby Old Towne Orange is 117 years old, with modern kitchen and bathrooms. We have no kids or pets so the place is typically clean and quiet. The guest room downstairs is completely private with its own bathroom. The comfy bed always has freshly laundered sheets and pillowcases on 4 fluffy pillows. Extra blankets and a ceiling fan let you regulate your own temperature. Plush, soft towels and washcloths await you in the oversized bathroom with a giant walk-in shower. The house has a very peaceful feeling and we hope you'll enjoy your stay here. The guest room is the only bedroom on the ground floor and it has a completely private bathroom. This will be your own little haven. You’re welcome to make coffee, tea, or cocoa in the kitchen and store leftovers in the fridge, but we don’t allow guests to cook in the kitchen. We have a keypad lock on the front door so you may come and go as early or late as you like. There is a smart TV in the room and we have great wi-fi for your personal devices. We will warmly greet you upon arrival, answer any questions you've got about the house and area and then step back and let you accomplish the purpose of your trip, whether that is business or pleasure. We work from home, so we'll always be available for additional questions or needs. This is a great neighborhood centrally located to Disneyland, Angel Stadium, and Honda Center. The house is a couple blocks from Chapman University and also the Orange Circle, which has all sorts of yummy places to eat and fun shops to browse. We are a 10 min walk from the Orange Amtrak station and Chapman Bus station. Uber is very accessible from our house. A ride to SNA airport, 20 min away, is only about $15 during non-traffic times. Disneyland is only a 10 min ride and about $10 each way. Check in time, after 3PM Check out time, by 12PM. But we are very flexible with check-in/check-out time depending on if other guests are coming or going that day. We offer coffee, tea, cocoa, and water. Breakfast is not included in this listing. You are welcome to store leftovers in the fridge and use the microwave. But we don’t allow guests to use dishes, pots, pans or the stovetop.
