A comfy chair was added for reading. The guest apartment includes bedroom, private bath, kitchenette, office/sitting room, and balcony. Walk 5 blocks to beautiful sandy beach and boardwalk. Walk 2 blocks to train to NYC and JFK. Guests also have use of 2 beach passes during peak season.

Cozy room within walking distance to the LIRR. 5 minute drive to Long beach, includes beach passes for 2 upon request. Smart TV with Netflix & others like. Queen size bed & temperature controlled room. Toiletries and towels available. I have 2 large dogs Scarlet & Duke. Scarlet is still a puppy so she still gets super excited when she meets new people. Living room is set up for movies, that's most likely where youāll find me relaxing. Feel free to join! Access to the backyard out back!
