I will take you out into the mountains to experience and connect with Colorado on a gorgeous hiking trail! We will usually hike a moderate trail located within 1 hour of our morning meeting spot. This adventure is for all level hikers. Most hikes are a bit challenging, but we will go slow and the views make the adventure well worth it! Our focus will be on immersing ourselves in the vibrancy of nature, so we will take our time and admire the beauty around us! We will walk the trail and experience trees, rocks, snow, and mountain vistas from a new perspective! We can take breaks to admire wildlife and the large and small interconnected communities all around us! In the winter, we will traverse a beautiful snow covered trail up to a scenic view. Microspikes are available if there is any concern about walking in snow or ice. At the top of our trail we will take a relaxing lunch break where you can reflect, hang out, and explore! I will take tons of high quality pictures throughout the experience and send them to you in a google drive folder after your hike. Because of the varying terrain and high altitude in Colorado, the hike may be more challenging depending on your fitness level. We are Denver local hiking enthusiasts who love to take guests of all levels of experience to low traffic trails with breathtaking views all year round! We are the original Denver guided hiking tour. We start our adventure at one of Denver's best coffee shops, in the Highlands neighborhood, minutes from downtown. We will customize the hike based on the preferences of the group and the current trail conditions. We'll connect with nature, soak in the sunshine, see jaw dropping mountain views, maybe see some wildlife, take snack and water breaks, learn about the wildflowers and trees, make new friends, get some exercise and breathe in the fresh mountain air! We will take amazing photos (check out our insta @hikingintherockies) and send them to you at the end of the hike for memories that will last a lifetime. Our hope is that you'll feel healthier and happier after spending time hiking with us and connecting with the beauty of Colorado. There will be an optional group lunch after the hike or you can buy lunch at the coffee shop and eat at a picturesque spot on the trail. The guided hike's elevation will be somewhere between 6,000 and 12,000 ft. A car is not required for this experience, but we encourage guests to provide their own transportation. If that is not possible, we are happy to drive you in our car and we will return to the meeting spot at the end of the tour.

To document your adventure out in the mountains, I bring 2 professional DSLR cameras. Throughout the hike, I take photos of you, the group, the mountains and anything else you want. Discover the wonders of the night sky just outside of Boulder with our all-ages tour! Accessible by car, Taxi, Lyft & Uber, the tour starts at sunset and lasts for 2 hours. A professional astronomer will guide you through the cosmos with several large telescopes and a laser pointer. We will explore the wonders of our universe including planets, constellations, star navigation, satellites, nebula, clusters, galaxies, and even shooting stars (if lucky). You'll be able to take in the breathtaking beauty of these celestial objects through our telescopes with your own eyes. The tour takes place at an easy-to-find trailhead, and there's no hiking required. You'll have the chance to see phenomenal sunsets and wildlife in the area. We provide our guests with a red flashlight, comfy camp seating, bug spray, and bottled water (upon request). And the goats are just fantastic.” We begin our goat hike at the STAGE STOP, 20 minutes West of Boulder. After introducing ourselves, some Western lore, and the "girls" (goats), we'll start our hike through the historic living museum beginning with the Cloud City mining district. I’ll tell stores from the miners’ journals as I point out relics from their lives and mines. You will be selfing with the goats, taking panoramic pics of the mountain scenery and enjoying the mountain climb. You'll be seeing old mine portals, the school house and root cellar, stone walls, mine tunnels and stone cabin foundations. The land reveals many secrets of the past and I'll be sharing them with you. Along the way there is time for water and breathing. The famous Downhill Goat Race will conclude our adventure. We offer expertly-led whitewater rafting trips on Clear Creek in Colorado. Our guests will experience numerous class III and IV intermediate level rapids and beautiful scenery. Clear Creek is very active and contains more rapids per mile than any other commercially available whitewater run in the nation. This trip is rated intermediate in difficulty and is good for both first timers and experienced rafters over the age of 13. We provide transportation from our shop, to the river, and back again. Before leaving our shop, guests will receive a safety orientation from a highly experienced guide, as well as the necessary gear for their adventure. Each boat will be assigned a highly experienced guide. On the river's bank, your guide will teach the commands they will use as well as proper paddling technique. After completing this lesson, your guide will embark with you on a whitewater adventure, sharing local tips and history while expertly maneuvering through the rapids. Guests will work together as a team to challenge the river and themselves. At the end of your ride, you will be provided with transportation back to our shop. Most of our trips are about 3 hours for the total excursion and can cover between 5 and 9 miles. Guests will gain a feeling of exhilaration and accomplishment, along with lasting memories after completing one of our adventures.

This tour uses ELECTRIC bicycles with pedal assist and throttle features which make going up hills and cruising the city a breeze. Because we travel by e-bike, we are able to cover a lot of ground with little effort! We include historic neighborhoods, landmarks, parks, art and theater districts, world famous graffiti alleyways, haunted houses, suffragette monuments, microbreweries and craft coffee shops, all while feeding you fun facts and historical tidbits about Denver's dark beginnings, heroines, body snatchers, underground passages and significant street names and the criminals they were named after. To Celebrate our 7th season, we invested in brand new, top of the line e-bikes. We spent months investigating post COVID Denver. We talked to so many local businesses they know us by name. Hikes will depart rain or shine : ) Uber and Lyft both come here and cost between $20-$30 one way. I will give you specific directions for our meeting place & from there we'll hit the trail at an easy pace. I'll give you some of the history of the area & show you amazing views for photos. This is one of Colorado's most beautiful hikes. If you are looking for an easy hike that is jam packed with gorgeous views, this hike is definitely for you! It's well worth rising early to take this hike, when the sun first hits the rocks - the views will take your breath away. We'll take plenty of time for picture taking & rest stops. It's a 1.5 mile hike. There is a slight elevation rise on the last 1/2 of the walk that is very doable for even novice hikers. We stop often so there is plenty of time to take in the view, take amazing photos & catch your breath. The time of the hike varies between 70 and 90 minutes depending on the size of the group. You will leave with incredible photos that your friends will envy. Along the way, if we are lucky, we will see some of the wildlife that call the park home. We'll end the hike back where we started & you can visit the amphitheater on your own while enjoying snacks & a Cold Frappuccino I provide. This is an easy to lightly moderate hike good for most skill levels. There is a gradual incline of 325 feet.

(St. Mary's Glacier) Join us on a hike up to St. Mary's Glacier all year round (transportation provided from Denver or we can meet at St. Mary's). We will ascend through the stunning Colorado forest and end with a breathtaking panoramic lake view. This is one of our favorite hikes in Colorado (1.5 miles round-trip). (Indian Hot Springs) Next, we visit another historic landmark and soak in the natural geothermal cave pools, which will be perfect for our muscles after our hike and is included with the price. Due to demand of geothermal cave pools the caves sometimes get a little busy but sometimes they are completely empty. (Beau Jo's Pizza) Afterward, we will eat lunch at Beau Jo's. The building has been around since 1880 and is one of Colorado's hidden gems. Idaho Springs has a population of 1,717 people and is a gold mining town founded in 1859 during the Gold Rush. If you want an experience with little risk and a whole lot of reward, this tour is for you. I provide all the equipment, just come properly dressed and get ready to explore all of what colorful Colorado has to offer in one single day. In this experience, we will provide an Electric Fat Tire Bike, helmets, and water. There is no need to pedal here but if you want a workout just turn down the motor. The tour is an expertly planned route that will cover 15 miles in 3 hours and see many iconic sites of Downtown Denver. This is not a history tour you will see tones of sites in a short period of time and learn some fun facts along the way. The tour covers many sightseeing attractions, empower field, aquarium, art museum, colorado’s capital, immaculate conception, lots of public art, mural, and many more. I will have many recommendations for you on museums, restaurants, and microbreweries. On the itinerary, we will meet at the City Of Cuernavaca Park at 10 am. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we will have time to adjust the bike and helmets for you. Then we will return from the tour to the same park at 1 pm. There is parking at the park but it is limited so I can not guarantee parking will be there.

You'll meet other 'crawlers' at our starting bar, where you'll jump right into the activities for the night. With over 600+ bars and breweries, Denver is a major hub for all things craft and creative alcohol. You'll get the chance to taste different drinks of your choice, some of which will come at a significant discount through promotions with the bars, all throughout the night. Over the course of the crawl we'll visit at least four bars. We'll start in a bit of a more calm nature and go out with a bang, ending at one of Denver's top 'places to be' nightlife-wise. Experience the excitement of making your own piece of jewelry! This is a three hour hands-on workshop, in which you will learn the silversmithing fabrication techniques to make a sterling silver band ring. All materials and tools will be provided for the workshop. Just come, have fun and learn! During the workshop you will be lead step-by-step through the processes. It is a very safe environment, however each participate will be asked to sign a liability waiver and safety will be discussed. The process begins by measuring and cutting a piece a sterling silver the desired width of your ring. Next the metal is annealed with a torch. Annealing is the process of heating metal with a flame to make it malleable. After each time the metal is heated, it is cleaned in a solution to remove the oxidation that is created on the surface. Once the metal is prepared, you will have choices of hammers and metal stamps to texture a pattern onto the sterling silver, creating your personal design. To ensure a safe experience, the first thing we will go over is your safety equipment and how to light your torch. Then together, we will go through the steps to create either a pipe, pendant, marble, shot glass or one of our new projects!!! We have recently added plant watering globes, votive candle holders, and air plant terrariums. After the demonstration you will have a chance to make your own creation. I will be right there with you, so you will have all the assistance to make sure your treasure comes out perfect. A two person class will last around 2 hours (each additional person adds another 30 minutes or so). You can pick up your project the next day or it will be shipped to you after it's annealing cycle in the kiln. Everything will be provided for you including glass materials, safety equipment, and drinks. Be ready to create and have fun in a relaxed environment with a fun and enthusiastic teacher!
