Vsebuje popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo, spalnico, dnevno sobo z velikim raztegljivim kavčem in jedilnico. Apartma ima kaminsko pečko, ki nudi bivalnemu prostoru pozimi še dodaten čar in toploto.
