Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois, là où se finit la Champagne, à proximité de Chablis.
La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif.
J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre.
