Ιt s located just 1 km from a local beach and 3km from Kissamos beaches, 18km from Balos Lagoon, 14km from Falassarna, 40 km from Elafonissi, 22 km from platania,36 km from chania. Our village has its local mini markets,pharmacy, kafeneio and taverns. A local bus stop is available in the village. (towards all crete) a taxi too.

Hello! We are a retired Canadian/British couple with a completely private attached villa to our own home. The country villa is quietly set in amongst our olive grove with a view of the Kissamos Bay. We are situated 1 km from the village of Kourthiana, and 3 km from the beach. The Villa features a private pool, outdoor pizza oven, separate barbecue and large parking area. The Villa is within walking distance (1 km) of a small grocers, popular family run restaurant and coffee shop.
