Depending on the wind direction you may watch a few flights from a distance descending on their landing approaches to the airport or for train spotting enthusiasts, normally two trains will pass the property, one late morning around 9 am and the second, early evening around 9 pm. Lakeview is one of the oldest planned summer communities just outside of Halifax and is a safe and secure neighbourhood .
