This is a Private en-suite room with a king size bed in our home (we live here) that’s perfect for a night or nights away. About 30 minutes from downtown Tampa and 45 - 60 minutes from beaches. We are 5 miles from both Caliente and Paradise Lakes. We also offer a 2nd room in our home.

This studio apartment that was recently built on the side of our home. It is completely separate and has its own entrance. It also has a private washer/dryer, kitchen and bathroom. Included with this space are dishes, pots, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, soap, a hair dryer, a closet, a dresser and onsite parking. You also have access to a beautiful lake, a kayak, and a private pool. It offers everything you'll need for a wonderful stay.
