It is in a quiet residential area and very easy walking distance to a shopping centre; the house has views across fields to the Stirling Ranges in the distance. Albany City Centre and Middleton beach are 10 minutes by car. The garden with patio and grassy outside space is safe for children and well behaved dogs.
