The perfect place for a romantic getaway, a place to kick back and unwind in or a base for a more active holiday. The workshop was a ruin before we turned it into a stylish and very comfortable living space with bespoke joinery, underfloor heating, power shower, kingsize bed with linen sheets and its own private patio. It was the old workshop for Lombard Mill which sits below it and lies in an ancient wooded valley in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Wren"s Nest is a studio style apartment with its own kitchen and shower room on the ground floor of our home in Polruan, Cornwall. Suitable for one or two adults, there is a double bed, sofa, TV and log burner in the studio. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave grill and comes equipped with cutlery and crockery for light self catering. The shower room has a sink, toilet and shower in a wet room style. Wren's Nest has its own private entrance and is self contained.
