THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories.
Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history.
And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate.
Of course, after cooking, we'll enjoy what we have prepared in a simple Italian meal all together with complimentary wine and coffee ;)

This is an unique italian cooking lesson. You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees. Here, after a spritz with apetizers, you’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons. I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. What about bringing a very sweet memory from Italy, one that will always be in your heart? The secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique! Amarone wine experience in Valpolicella
Meet my co-host in the city-centre, where you will take place in a comfortable and air-conditioned minivan, and there you will start to enjoy this relaxing half-day tour in Valpolicella wine region. During the transfer he will explain you about the local wines and Valpolicella valley.
Then you will arrive at the winery, one of the beautiful ones located in the heart of Valpolicella, where he will show you the wine cellar and how the wine is kept. Afterwords you will sit around the table to taste some chosen wines, including the great Amarone! After taking some beautiful pictures in the gardens and vineyards, we will get back on board the minivan and we'll take the way to a second winery for another tasting.

Pasta & stuffed pasta cooking class
I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. I will tell you what's important for your health, what's better to avoid and how to combine foods. You will be cooking with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created with me. During the lesson you will learn how to do:
- fresh hand made pasta ( tagliatelle, bow ties, garganelli, tagliolini, pappardelle, colored pasta and different flours)
- ravioli e tortelli
- spaghetti alla carbonara
menu can be change according to your exigences (veggie, no pork ,...).

We’ll take you around Milan to discover the most beautiful streets, local places and many hidden gems of the city. We will visit the city center discovering many secrets and uncommon places just around the Duomo. All the things we'll see are our favorites: small narrow streets, special architecture, private courtyards and a picturesque coffee shop. All these are the places where the real Milanese goes and experience every day, surrounding themselves with beauty and “bella vita”. Let's have fun together on this walking tour discovering the secrets of Milan in a very very Milanese way.

The Secrets of Parmigiano Reggiano Full
At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products.

BALSAMIC VINEGAR FOOD EXPERIENCE
Nonantola (Campazzo) in The province of Modena,(Maranello FERRARI CAR -20 min) about half an hour in the Northwest of Bologna,(DUCATI MOTORBIKE,35 min, LAMBORGHINI CAR 10 min) is the only and exclusive area in the world where Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena (ABTM D.O.P.) is produced, a traditional Emilian cuisine made with Cooked grape must, naturally fermented and vinegarizated, nothing is added and then aged for at least twelve(12) years or Twenty five (25) and until fifty years or more. You will be immersed in a tasting experience (10 different kinds of aged vinegar) and understanding of the aging process of this Masterpiece of Italian culinary tradition. On Request IN ADVANCE (2 days at least) at the end of the visit you could taste the flavours of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena in typical dishes (crescentine, prosciutto, salame, formaggio, Parmigiano Reggiano, vino, frittata, fragole, caffè, liquore) and you could buy a Giugiaro bottle of 100 ml of 12 or 25 years old vinegar, both at a special price

A traditional italian cooking class and a great experience
On a typical lesson day, if Tuesday, we meet and go to the local food market, shop around for any items we will need for lesson and stroll to our penthouse school kitchen, in the centre of Milan. In the other days we directly meet in our penthouse (with a lovely terrace), where we prepare a full meal, learning techniques and tricks you need to recreate it when you return home.
Meals are made up of recipes using local and seasonal ingredients (changes can be made for individuals with specific dietary requirements where appropriate). Recipes can be turned glutenfree, lactose free, alcool free, and vegan, when previously agreed . After the lesson we can sit down together in our lovely open terrace to enjoy the fruits of our labour along with a glass of selected wine rounded off with some coffee.
We believe that the true expression of our special Italian cuisine comes from the quality of its fresh seasonal products so we strive to always ensure that we have the best of what Italy has to offer in order to share this with our guests.
This is an entertaining and informative day out, recommended for cooks of all levels.

We meet at 08:00 am inside Milan Central station from where we board the train to Varenna (approx. 1-hour), a charming little village on the Lake Como. We enjoy a short walk of the picturesque village. Afterwards, continue on driving to Tirano through the nearby Alpine valley. At the arrival you have time for your lunch at a restaurant (on your own, average cost € 30 per person) and then we board the Bernina train that really climbs the Swiss Alps with a stunning view!
Once on top of the ride we get off to enjoy the panorama of alpine lakes, snow and the impressive Alps scenery! After the short drive to reach S. Real Homemade Pasta Class on Lake Garda
Live an AUTHENTIC ITALIAN GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE!
I will welcome you in my Italian country house by the lake with a refreshing water with lemons from Lake Garda, an Italian coffee and a sweet pastry.
We’ll pick up together vegetables and aromatic herbs from my lovely garden and we’ll use extra virgin olive oil from my grove.
We’ll have FUN KNEADING and cutting different PASTA shapes (Tagliatelle, Ravioli) paired with typical Italian regional SAUCES and we’ll make together the authentic Italian TIRAMISU’. We will discover the secrets of Italian cooking between tradition and innovation. I’ll introduce you to high-quality Italian ingredients and suggest you where to buy the best local foods. I’ll give you RECIPES that are part of my Italian gastronomic culture as a Gastronome.

Milan Memories
I am a photographer by hobby and living in italy for 4 years, and just wanted to host this experience so that not only you have some beautiful memories of this amazing city but I can also meet new people and have some great memories myself.
To have the best memories nature should be in our favour too and so I prefer to start when the sun is not at its peak, like early morning or evening, and if we have to start milan its duomo then moving to arco della pace where we stop at beautiful castello in between and if you are in the evening slot we finish with a must to go to place of milan, navigli where we can have some more beautiful memories and end with an awesome dinner. I do photography just as a hobby and not here for money and hosting just to meet new people and make their trip to milan full of memories
Learn how to make fresh pasta in the heart of food valley

Ti verremo a prendere e ti riporteremo a Parma (punto d'incontro: Viale Mentana 140: Hotel Maria Luigia) per poi spostarci a Calestano, un borgo medievale molto caratteristico. Una volta arrivati, prima di iniziare a "impastare", ti faremo visitare il paese.
Io, mia mamma e la nostra gatta ti metteremo a tuo agio sulla nostra terrazza panoramica la quale vanta una vista spettacolare sui colli parmensi.
Bene, è arrivato il momento di preparare la pasta (noi abbiamo già fame). Ti insegneremo due tipologie di pasta: tagliatelle e ravioli ripieni. Ogni porzione sarà abbinata ad un sugo tipico italiano.
Mentre la pasta riposa, un fantastico aperitivo, accompagnato da vini locali, ti aspetta sul balcone. Assaggerai Parmigiano Reggiano, Salumi tipici e altri stuzzichini preparati da me.
Una volta preparata la pasta possiamo iniziare a mangiare, ma è per la fine del pasto che abbiamo tenuto da parte il nostro pezzo forte: un ottimo tiramisù fatto in casa.
Alla fine di questa esperienza avrai imparato i segreti della cucina emiliana. Potrai replicare a casa tua un'ottima pasta fatta in casa condita con un eccellente sugo italiano. Siamo sicuri che riuscirai a stupire i tuoi amici e a fargli conoscere la vera cultura gastronomica italiana.
Boat party aperitif, aperitivo in barca
Ci troveremo davanti alla Chiesa di Argegno, faremo un briefing per la sicurezza, e suddivideremo i partecipanti sulle varie barche.
Ospiteremo un massimo di 18 partecipanti, per cui se non trovi posto direttamente contattaci o prova a presentarti 1 ora prima della partenza.
Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo con una o più barche, Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio.
Già dall' inizio offriremo un aperitivo ed una volta giunti all' isola faremo un vero e proprio Boat Party, con musica e open bar.
Avremo a disposizione soft drink, acqua, Prosecco, Birra e altro.
Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana.
Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbiano, Villa Cassinella e circumnavigheremo l' Isola Comacina, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno.
Questa esperienza è dedicata a persone che hanno voglia di stare insieme e divertirsi in serenità e buon umore, senza nessun tipo di eccesso.
Cooking with a Chef
The class is intended to be as professional as relaxed as possible.
We will learn how to prepare 3 typical dishes of italian tradition (main course, starter and dessert), for example gnocchi or tagliatelle or risotto, tiramisù, bruschetta or parmigiana.
Partecipants will be able to deal with all preparations assisted by me, ask questions and take notes ending with a dinner matched with good italian wines.
All recipes will come along with the class, so everybody joining will be able to recreate all preparations at home for family and friends.
